• Minimum order of $450.00 Plus GST worth of items applies.

• Prices subject to alteration without notice. Prices charged are those current on the date of despatch.

• All items are pre-packed quantities or in display cartons.  For this reason items must be ordered in the pack quantities as indicated in the pack qty field.

• TERMS: Pro Forma. A credit account may be requested and established after completion of account application forms and subsequent approval.

• Insurance for loss or damage is the customers’ responsibility.

• Freight will be added where applicable, and will be charged accordingly.

• All items are sold as price per individual unit unless indicated as price per set.

• The Company will not accept return of goods for credit unless prior arrangements have been made through the Searles Office.

• Requests for credit must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Title of all goods remains as Searles until account is fully paid.
