How to control Two-spotted Mite

Two-spotted mite (Tetranychus urticae) affects ornamentals, fruit trees and some vegetables, such as beans, corn, cucurbits and tomatoes. Affected leaves have a mottled appearance or can be bronzed or shrivelled, similar to Azalea lace bug traits. These tiny, pinky-red mites, hide under leaves and can be hard to see. More noticeably is their fine web strung across the leaves and stems. Leave them to natural predators, such as lacewings, but if the problem is severe, spray Searles Rose Pro or Searles Trifend for roses and other ornamentals. 

For vegetables, spray with fully organic Ecofend Vegetable & Garden Insect & Mite spray.
